Our laundry and cleaning staff are crucial to helping create the overall experience for our campers and staff and as such are highly valued. Sanborn is a fun, fast-paced, energetic place to work - we value efficiency, teamwork and excellence in all we do. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis throughout the year.

• All COEC Employees must pass a background check.

Physical & other Requirements:

• Ability to lift 30lbs - 50lbs
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to push and pull laundry bins

Job Benefits

• Salary starting at $15.16 - $16.50/hour

Laundry Staff Job Responsibilities

• Deliver laundry to and from the camps to the onsite laundry facility.
• Wash, dry, and fold camper, staff, health center, and kitchen laundry.
• Keep laundry sorted by cabins/units.
• Clean machines and laundry facilities as needed.
• Clean cabins prior to opening of camp for the summer and at the end of the summer camp season.
• Perform a variety of routine cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing windows, and polishing for certain buildings throughout the property.
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
• Report any necessary repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.
