Location 280 N High Street,6th Floor,Columbus, OH, 43215,United States Employee Type Non Exempt PT Manage Others No Description Support the Leadership Development team's programming goals at Ohio Farm Bureau through a part-time internship during the Spring 2027 semester. This position is hybrid with a combination of in‑office, on‑site at events, and remote work. The average commitment is 10-20 hours per week, based on workload and availability.

Some evening and weekend hours are required for events. TENTATIVE Internship Dates: January – April, 2027.

Compensation is $20/hour. This position reports to the Senior Director of Leadership Development. PRIMARY DUTIES Provide support with logistics management, communication, program planning and/or other duties as assigned for organization-led events such as Winter Leadership

Experience and ongoing programs. Work alongside the Leadership Development team on all aspects of program planning and execution. Other duties as assigned by the Sr.

Director of Leadership Development. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Completed at least one year of undergraduate coursework, preferably in an agriculture area of study. Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.

Commitment to excellence and professionalism in representing the Farm Bureau brand. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle. Basic understanding of Google Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc).
