LEAP Manufacturing Internship – Starting Summer 2027

• Gain a strong understanding of how your area of study can be

applied in a Manufacturing Environment through training, process shadows, on the job experience.

• Develop and strengthen competencies required

for your internship.

• Take ownership to identify trends and

recommend solutions within your area of focus.

• Lead and/or participate in projects: define

objectives, develop project plans, create agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables, communicate updates, create contingency plans.

• Complete financial and/or data analysis as

required.

• Accountable for delivering superior customer

service (internally or externally as required).

• Interact with various levels of corporate

leadership, customers, vendors/suppliers, and employees to solve problems.  Implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.

• Enhance ability to effectively communicate,

influence and interact with all types of customers, contractors and co-workers.

• Develop conflict resolution and relationship

management skills.

• Remain current with industry and

macroeconomic trends by reading publications.

• Must be a self-started and highly motivated.
