About the role
At Anheuser
- Busch, dreaming big is in our DNA. It's who we are as a company—our culture, our heritage, and our future. We're always looking forward, always serving up new ways to meet life's moments, and we want people with passion, talent, and curiosity to join us. When we combine your strengths with ours, the power we create together is unstoppable.
If you're ready to jump-start your career, our Supply Chain Trainee (SCTP) Internship Program might be your perfect fit. This 10-week internship (flexible based on business need) gives you an in-depth view of how the world's largest brewer manages its supply chain—from barley fields to local bars. You'll own a project that delivers real business results in one of our Sales & Distribution Centers or Brewery Warehouses, and upon successful completion, you'll present your results to the North American Logistics Leadership Team.
What You'll Gain
- Hands-on experience in a Sales & Distribution Center or Brewery Warehouse
- The chance to solve real problems and implement improvements in supply chain
- Deep dives into support functions with exposure to senior leaders
- Development opportunities to boost your skillset and build long-term career potential through leadership and functional trainings
This internship is the first step to joining our full-time Supply Chain Trainee Program after graduation, which prepares you for your first role as a front-line manager leading a team of hourly employees in one of our Sales & Distribution Centers or Breweries.
Who We're Looking For
You're currently a university student with a GPA of 3.0 or greater. While a background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business may help, all majors are accepted. We value people who are:
- Geographically and functionally mobile—open to experiencing different functions and locations across the U.S. during the internship
- Data-driven and able to leverage insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems
- Proven leaders, whether in previous work experience or extracurricular activities
- Self-motivated to drive results and deliver beyond expectations
- Comfortable working in teams, actively listening, seeking diverse opinions, and collaborating
- At ease with ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced environments
- Skilled at managing multiple projects while staying agile in the face of setbacks and change
- Open-minded, insightful, innovative, and curious—you want to know "why"
- Willing to question the status quo, improve processes, and take calculated risks
As a general rule, Anheuser
- Busch does not offer practical training positions for F-1 visa holders nor sponsor individuals for temporary work visas (e.g., H-1B) or permanent residency ("Green Cards"). Individuals who require sponsorship will be removed from the selection process.
