Manufacturing Test & Validation Engineer

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

Required Experience:

• Self-driven, strong communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• An understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline

Preferred Experience:

• Validation experience
• Troubleshooting background

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee production capacity expansion project for the LP35 product line, including assembly, characterization testing, troubleshooting, and formal validation of additional test stations for production, surrogate, and troubleshooting test
• Performs engineering work in operations, production, or maintenance environments. Plans, designs and estimates time and cost, and communicates project status and risks to key stakeholders
• Applies engineering standards and aligns work to Client quality procedures
• Collaborates with engineers and test technicians in support of the project
• This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision
• Procuring equipment and building several automated test stations; replicating validations (PQ, IQ)
• Handles validation plans, reports, and completes replicate validations
