About the job

Get paid to learn real estate. Prove yourself. Get licensed.

Build toward a six-figure career. Resie is building a technology-enabled residential leasing and property-management company market by market, and we are looking for an ambitious Market Builder Intern in St. Cloud who wants a real path into the business.

This is not a typical internship. You will not spend the semester shadowing someone, making presentations or doing administrative busywork. You will learn how to talk with rental-property owners, build landlord relationships, understand the St.

Cloud and Central Minnesota rental market, follow up on real opportunities and help create leasing and property-management business. Strong performers may earn Resie support toward real-estate licensing, including approved licensing course and exam costs, and the opportunity to move into licensed production roles with performance-based compensation and six-figure earning potential. Six-figure earnings are not guaranteed.

They require licensure, production and strong performance. The internship itself is hourly. Candidates from St.

Cloud State, CSB/SJU, SCTCC and other Central Minnesota schools are encouraged to apply, especially those studying business, real estate, finance, sales, marketing or entrepreneurship. College enrollment and a specific major are not required. YOUR PATH Market Builder Intern → Market Builder → Real-estate licensing → Licensed Market Associate → Market Launcher → Market Lead → Market Director / Broker Track Advancement and licensing support are earned through demonstrated performance, judgment, reliability and business results.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO Speak with local landlords and rental-property owners. Follow up with qualified opportunities created by Resie's central prospecting team. Develop some of your own local landlord, referral and professional relationships.

Ask good questions and understand what is actually happening at the owner's property. Help identify potential leasing and property-management opportunities. Learn local neighborhoods, rental-property types and market patterns.

Research properties and prepare for owner conversations. Keep owner, property and next-action information accurate in Resie's CRM. Participate in call review, roleplay and practical sales coaching.

Learn the economics of residential leasing and property management. Support local market and field activity within the permitted scope of your role. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We care more about your potential than your current credentials.

You may be a strong fit if you are: ambitious; coachable; reliable; comfortable talking to strangers; resilient when people say no; competitive and goal-oriented; organized about follow-up; interested in business, sales, real estate or entrepreneurship; willing to be measured on results; looking for a career path rather than just an internship. You do not need a real-estate license to apply. You do not need prior real-estate experience.

Business, real estate, professional sales, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship and related studies are especially relevant, but we hire for behavior and ability rather than major. WHAT RESIE PROVIDES You are not being asked to build a real-estate business from zero. Resie provides: owner and property data; centralized prospecting support; CRM and workflow technology; scripts and call coaching; structured Market Builder training; leasing and property-management systems; centralized operations support; local-market playbooks; potential support for approved real-estate licensing course and exam costs; a defined route into licensed production and market leadership.

THE REALISTIC EXPECTATION There is outbound work. Some people will not answer. Some will tell you no.

You will follow up anyway. You will use a CRM. You will receive direct coaching.

Your improvement and production will be visible. The people who thrive here are the ones who want responsibility early, learn quickly and are excited by the idea that their earnings can grow substantially as their skill and production grow. If you want a passive internship where nothing meaningful depends on you, this probably isn't it.

If you want to get paid while learning how to build a real-estate business — and earn the opportunity to move into licensed production with substantial upside — we want to meet you. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week Work Location: In person
