It’s fast-paced startup It’s challenging and demanding place to work Management is dedicated to the employees’ success The team is motivated and ambitious We work near the beach so we enjoy the casual and unique culture found in Encinitas Our dress code is “wear clothes.” Flip flops, shorts and tee shirts are the summer standard Key Responsibilities: Create SEO Performance Reports Research and analyze client SEO results and performance data Compare reporting periods to identify progress, trends, and opportunities Prepare accurate and professional client reports SEO Quality Assurance Review underperforming client accounts Identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement Implement corrective actions based on established SEO best practices SEO Campaign Delivery Assist with the execution and ongoing management of client SEO campaigns Support the SEO team with campaign updates, optimization, and quality control Local SEO Execution Complete Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and ongoing updates Execute established local SEO processes across client accounts Scheduled SEO Updates Complete weekly, twice-monthly, monthly, and quarterly SEO activities according to the marketing schedule Utilize ZDigital's established processes to efficiently execute campaign updates Benchmark Reporting Create benchmark reports that establish baseline client performance and provide a foundation for measuring future results Special Projects & Team Support Assist with special projects and changing priorities as needed Take ownership of tasks that improve efficiency and free up senior team members to focus on higher-value responsibilities Be willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed Our Office: We have a newly remodeled office featuring lots of glass, high ceilings, a full kitchen, a stocked Red Bull fridge, constant music playing and more.
