Role Description The Marketing/Event Planning Intern role at Executive Liaisons is an unpaid part time (5-10 hours week) remote position ideal for a student or recent grad looking for practical experience. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with market research, helping develop and execute marketing strategies, and contributing to promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer and market data, drafting marketing and sales materials, supporting digital and offline outreach efforts, and collaborating with team members to improve customer engagement. The intern will also help coordinate events or initiatives, provide basic customer service support when needed, and maintain organized records of marketing activities and results.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. Foundational Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support data collection, analysis, and campaign planning. Basic Sales and Marketing skills, including an interest in lead generation, outreach, and promotional activities.

Ability to work full-time on-site in Houston, TX, with strong time management and organizational skills. Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with social media or digital marketing platforms is a plus. Demonstrated initiative, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Relevant coursework or academic focus in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
