Project Summary:
This intern will help the Marketing team get more value from AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, etc.) across our content work as we're asked to take on more AI-driven initiatives. The intern will test and document effective prompts, build a shared prompt library, help the team repurpose existing content assets (e.g., turning webinars into blog drafts, social posts, and FAQs), and research how our content can be optimized for AI-powered search and assistant experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Test and document effective Copilot prompts for common content tasks.
- Build and maintain a shared prompt library for the marketing/content team.
- Repurpose existing content assets to extend their value (e.g., turn webinar recordings into blog drafts, social posts, and FAQs).
- Research best practices for how content shows up in AI-powered search engines and AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity).
- Audit existing content to identify gaps and opportunities to improve AI visibility and discoverability.
- Recommend and help implement changes that make our content easier for AI tools to find and use.
- Document findings and share recommendations with the content team.
Qualification:
This section should include any requirements that the student would need to have in order to achieve the project goals, duties and responsibilities. This should include major, specific coursework, software skills, etc.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Interest in AI tools and how they can be applied to content work.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to research independently and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly.
Additional Information:
This is an remote internship reporting to the Marketing department, with opportunities to collaborate across content, communications, and marketing teams.
