This is a paid Summer Engineering Internship Program (early June to early August). As an intern with our Grayloc team, you’ll assist with day-to-day engineering tasks related to design, analysis, drawings, release of files in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, project and product specific documentation (FAT, O&M Manuals), and manufacturing support for equipment related to the Grayloc product line. This is an exciting opportunity to learn ‘real world’ experience and accelerate your career by working with a leader in the oil and gas, aerospace, energy, and chemical process industries.
Your job responsibilities and projects will provide real life application of your classroom knowledge. You’ll work closely with a mentor to ensure your developmental goals are met and that you meet your performance expectations. REQUIRED • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 3.0 GPA • Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel, Solidworks CAD software, and MathCAD • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future • No relocation or housing assistance is being offered DESIRED • Exposure to hand tools as used for home improvement, wood working, automotive related and similar • Works well in an environment of dynamic priorities • Exposure to PLM application • Hobbies technical in nature | | | | | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | CATEGORY | OCCASIONAL | FREQUENT | CONSTANT | | LIGHT | Lift up to 20 pounds Climbing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and reaching | Lift up to 10 pounds Standing | Repetitive movements of arms and hands Sit with back supported |
