What You'll Work On: Content & Media Develop content around decision-making, behavioral science, psychology, philosophy, AI, human behavior, and related topics.
Turn complex ideas and research into clear, interesting, and accessible content. Create and repurpose content for articles, blog posts, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, short-form videos, Reels, and other emerging platforms . Help transform long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and articles into multiple short-form content pieces. Support founder-led content and thought leadership. Digital Marketing & Audience Growth Develop and execute content strategies across multiple channels.

Conduct keyword and topic research and identify opportunities for search-driven content. Understand basic on-page SEO , including search intent, titles, headings, keywords, internal linking, and content structure. Research topics that can attract relevant audiences through Google and other search engines.
Repurpose research and existing content into SEO-friendly articles and resources. Social Media & Video Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms . Develop ideas for Reels, Shorts, social posts, carousels, clips, and other short-form content.
Understand how content should be adapted for different platforms rather than simply reposted everywhere. Assist with basic video editing, captions, thumbnails, hooks, and other elements that improve content performance. Identify trends and formats that could be relevant to the brand.
Podcasts & Multimedia Help develop and market an InwardWise podcast and other audio/video content. Research potential guests, topics, and relevant conversations. Support podcast promotion before and after publication.
Turn podcast episodes into articles, LinkedIn posts, Instagram content, Reels, YouTube clips, newsletters, and other promotional assets. Identify ways to extend the reach and lifespan of each piece of content. AI-Assisted Content & Research We expect candidates to have hands-on experience with modern AI tools , but AI is a means of improving the work—not the work itself.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI, AI video/image/audio tools, or similar platforms is valuable.
