Medical Device Sales Representative

We're seeking a relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and support our customer base in the Richmond, VA territory. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the clinical environment and established relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities throughout the region. In this role, you'll build on existing customer relationships, identify new opportunities, conduct product demonstrations and evaluations, and provide clinical and administrative support.

You'll work closely with healthcare professionals, your manager, and internal teams to introduce innovative medical products that support patient care and clinical efficiency. Candidates with clinical backgrounds, healthcare industry experience, or established relationships within local hospitals and healthcare facilities are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous medical device sales experience is a plus, but not required.

This full-time, field-based position includes regular travel and is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with healthcare professionals, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact in the clinical setting.
