Requisition Title Medical Equipment Coordinator Requisition ID 2026-13627 Job Locations US-VA-Falls Church Category Move / Transition Management Company : Name Gilbane Building Company Location : Location US-VA-Falls Church Requisition Post Information* : External Company Name Gilbane Development Company Requisition Post Information* : External Company URL http://www.gilbaneco.com/ Position Type (Portal Searching) Full-Time Assist with a variety of project meeting needs, such as preparing minutes, agendas, and action items Participate in client meetings and equipment validation and planning sessions Provide support in preparation of medical equipment schedu le development Assist in the preparation and delivery of contract deliverables to clients Assist in the implementation of the comprehensive medical equipment plan Conduct existing medical equipment inventories Coordinate m edical equipment procurement, delivery, and oversight of vendor installation activities Compile charts, graphs, and data for project reporting Prepare the plan and guidelines to coordinate biomed equipment labeling, asset tagging and other regulatory equipment requirements Support the Medical Equipment Planner in compiling information for internal Gilbane monthly reporting requirements Onsite coverage for vendor management and client meetings and other project activities EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION BS degree in related field to include project management, communications, logistics, facilities management 0-1 year of relevant experience Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Excellent listening skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic construction knowledge Capable to learn IT applications such as: Bluebeam, Smartsheet and Visio Ability to travel and flexibility to work evenings and weekend hours as needed

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. The pay ranges from $60,000.00-$70,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
