- Assist the Disabilities and Behavioral Specialist and Disabilities and Mental Health Director with students on Tier 3 status within the Disabilities and Mental Health program.
- Develop a basic understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Provide direct support in one-on-one and group classroom situations.
- Follow behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition interventions.
- Collect and record data on student progress.
- Effectively communicate with students and teaching staff regarding behavioral supports
- Model positive classroom management techniques to teaching staff
