About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Studio Operations Intern to support our studio across design, marketing, daily operations and business development. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility who enjoys balancing creative work with organization and project coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES Design & Studio Support

  • Support graphic design projects: branding, marketing collateral, presentations, and interior design deliverables.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all studio materials and brand touchpoints.
  • Assist with presentation boards, material palettes, and other project-related deliverables.

Social Media & Marketing

  • Coordinate with our social media agency on content calendars, deliverables, and campaign execution.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices across architecture and design.

CRM & Studio Systems

  • Build and maintain a client and project CRM in Notion.
  • Organize project documentation, contacts, and workflows in Notion or similar project management platforms.
  • Keep databases and project information remain accurate and up to date.

Business Development

  • Assist in preparing RFPs (Request for Proposals): research, formatting, and writing support.
  • Support proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.

Studio Operations

  • Assist with general office maintenance and day-to-day studio operations.
  • Maintain the studio's material library, keeping samples and resources organized and current.
  • Support project coordination, vendor communications, and administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar design software.
  • Familiarity with Notion, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple social platforms and content schedules. - Strong writing skills for proposals, RFPs, and marketing materials.
  • Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, able to manage creative and administrative work.
  • Familiarity with AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or interior design preferred.
