Operations Intern

Covenant Golf Society is seeking an Operations Intern to support day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on experience in a remote environment.

Position Summary The Operations Intern will assist the operations team with coordinating routine tasks, maintaining organized workflows, and helping ensure smooth execution across internal processes. This temporary role is designed for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative setting. You will work remotely to support operational needs, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and help keep key activities on track through reliable follow-through and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support internal teams and ongoing initiatives Help organize and maintain records, documentation, and basic workflow materials Monitor task status and support coordination by tracking assignments and updates Contribute to improving operational processes by identifying opportunities to streamline and clarify work Provide timely support to team members by responding to requests and escalating issues when needed

Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in school or has recently completed education, with interest in operations or a related field Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks Reliable communication skills, including clear writing and timely responses Basic proficiency with common digital productivity tools and remote collaboration practices A willingness to learn quickly and follow established procedures

Preferred Qualifications Prior internship or coursework experience supporting operations, administration, or coordination Familiarity with process documentation and maintaining accurate records Demonstrated initiative, including proactive problem-solving and follow-through

Experience working in a team environment with shared responsibilities

Compensation Hourly rate: $20.00 USD
