Position Summary: The Operations Support Intern will focus on warehouse and transportation operations execution (best practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Key Performance Indicator benchmarking, baseline audits and network optimization), supporting our business roadmaps and new business efforts, contingency planning and the simplification of our operations through process standardization. Position
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Partner with operations specialists involved in the development and deployment of Standard Operating Procedures and systems Support and coordinate the integration and training of J.D. Edwards, Paragon, Manhattan Warehouse Management System/ Infios, and Business Intelligence Supports management projects Includes process mapping current to future state with gaps and benefits Provides user training and support through Information Technology systems implementation Supports the ongoing development of training curriculum Ensure day one operations will meet or exceed customer expectations Notifies project manager when training or process flows will not meet project timeline Manage own work to deliver according to project schedules Other projects or duties as assigned. Required
Education and Experience: High School Diploma/General
Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 0 to 2 years of related work experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas
