What does a Lifeline team member do?
Some staff are paraprofessionals in an Elkhart elementary school or help with our high school job training teams. Their main role is as a counselor for Lifeline's After-School Clubs in the afternoons.

Lifeline Clubs Counselor
After serving in the schools or working with our job training programs, team members are assigned an age group to work with in after-school clubs. This is the main focus of our ministry where you will really get to pour into kids and share Jesus!
Paraprofessional
Being a paraprofessional is one of the greatest ways you get to serve our community schools... you can represent Jesus (and Lifeline!) by filling any needs teachers might have and helping students who are struggling.
Vocational Training
Lifeline’s vocational programs include construction, silk screen & embroidery, and graphic design. These programs provide high school students with job skills while offering team members the chance to build relationships with struggling students and love like Jesus.
You could also be a counselor in our Lifeline Summer Camp program!
