We're seeking a Part-Time Family Resource Specialist to provide home and community-based support to children and families across the Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester County areas.
In this role, you'll:
- Partner with families through home visits and community outreach.
- Coach and empower parents to build stronger, healthier families.
- Connect families with resources that promote long-term stability.
- Develop service plans, document progress, and celebrate successes along the way.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Sociology, or a related behavioral science field.
- Experience in child welfare, family preservation, case management, home visiting, behavioral health, education, or other community-based services is preferred.
Compensation:
This position uses a caseload-based compensation model, with $110 for each active case that is actively being serviced in accordance with program requirements.
