This role goes beyond reporting. You'll help shape how our organization measures success, demonstrate impact to funders, improve programs, and support strategic decision-making through meaningful data. From administering Bonterra's Apricot to building dashboards and responsibly leveraging AI, your work will directly influence our mission.

What You'll Do

  • Design program evaluation frameworks, KPIs, logic models, outcome measures, and performance dashboards.
  • Administer and optimize the Apricot by Bonterra database, including forms, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and data quality.
  • Analyze organizational performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives through audits, trend analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Support accreditation, compliance, grant reporting, and organizational learning.
  • Partner with leadership to improve programs through evidence-informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation responsibly to improve reporting, documentation, workflows, and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Program Evaluation, Public Administration, Public Health, Human Services, Business Analytics, MIS, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in program evaluation, data analytics, quality improvement, research, or nonprofit performance management.
  • Experience administering Apricot by Bonterra or a comparable client information system strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, outcome measures, and executive reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI or other visualization tools are a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

Compensation & Benefits

Hiring Range: $65,000–$73,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package and professional development opportunities.
