Part Time Student - Product Engineering - Waterloo, IA

Your Responsibilities

As a Part Time Student - Product Engineering for JD Power Systems located in Waterloo, IA, you will:

• Learn how to identify, analyze, and apply information to support engine certification and compliance process/plans.
• Learn how to identify, analyze and apply information to support exempt label process.
• Perform activities according to project plans and schedule.
• Maintain and evolve existing tools and processes.
• Produce a variety of correspondence in support of department processes.
• Learn and apply company policies and practices; learn company products.

What Skills You Need

• Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, Networking, Business; others encouraged to apply
• Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited University
• Graduation date of May 2028 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
• Available to work 10-20 hours/week during the academic year
• Available to work 16-40 hours/week during the summer semester
• Must be able to commute to the work location in Waterloo, IA on a daily basis year-round
• Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior standing students are preferred, Senior standing and those pursuing Advanced degrees may apply.
