Personal Counseling Ctr Front (Student Position)

Summary of Position:

Are you good at problem solving and have experience in customer service? If so, this position may be your opportunity to expand on those skills while gaining other skills as well.

Position Requirements:

• Have a general knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel
• Must have good customer service, communication skills, problem solving, and a can-do attitude
• Operates a university or personal vehicle safely while carrying out job responsibilities. Will authorize, pursuant to university policies and procedures, a driving record check, and will meet the driving authorization requirements through the course of employment in a position where you are authorized to drive a vehicle as part of your duties.
• Must be able to work only Wednesdays from 2pm-5pm and Fridays 8am-11am this semester. After that spring will be more open.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Greeting guests
• Mail distribution within the department
• Data entry, filing, typing, and photocopying
• Manual assembly
• Running errands around town and campus
