About the role
PHOTOGRAPHY INTERN The Delaware State Chamber hosts a wide variety of events that need high-quality photography for use in print, online, and across social media. We also publish a bimonthly magazine where compelling images help bring articles to life. As a photography intern, you will have the opportunity to capture everything from intimate networking events to large-scale gatherings, and to see your work published in professional media.
This role offers a chance to build your portfolio while gaining real-world experience in event and editorial photography. Who should apply: Students in their junior or senior year seeking to grow their photography skills and develop a professional portfolio. DUTIES: Taking posed and candid photos at Chamber events Taking business editorial photos for Delaware Business magazine Editing photos as needed Other communications-related tasks as needed Administrative and other department support as needed REQUIREMENTS: A DSLR camera is preferred Proficiency with photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom, etc.) Strong interpersonal skills Ability to attend Chamber events
