About the role
- Assist physical therapists in carrying out individualized exercise programs for residents.
- Assist in maintaining records and taking notes.
- Provide compassionate, person-centered assistance during positioning, therapeutic exercise, ambulation, and range-of-motion routines.
- Provide clinical setup and logistical support.
- Sanitize, inspect, and maintain therapeutic equipment, treatment rooms and clinic areas in accordance with facility infection-control standards.
- Maintain organized inventory of physical therapy supplies, orthotics, and clinical mobility aids.
