JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties:
- Assist with call time staffing and preparation;
- Coordinate with finance department to conduct donor research;
- Track pledges from donors;
- Staff the candidate at events as needed;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Willing to relocate to the West Palm Beach area for the campaign;
- 1+ cycles of campaign experience OR a relevant internship experience is preferred but not required;
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite and Excel;
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Ability to work evenings and weekends;
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
- Experience with Numero is preferred, but not required;
- Experience with NGP is preferred, but not required.
