Post Production & Delivery Intern

<p>A24 is seeking to hire a Post Production &amp; Delivery intern to support the team starting September 2026. Must be available 2 days in the NY office, up to 15 hours per week.</p> <p>This is an in-person internship in our Manhattan office.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Initial Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Post &amp; Technical Delivery</span></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate shipping and tracking deliveries</li> <li>Take meeting notes as requested</li> <li>Research Post and Delivery tools for future initiatives</li> <li>Compress EPK footage, handle transcriptions of EPK’s and&nbsp;trailers, distribute links as needed</li> <li>Pull clean clips for marketing use, trailers, TV spots and&nbsp;social assets</li> <li>Pull high res stills from ProRes files for print vendors</li> <li>Download, ingest and watermark various video files and&nbsp;documents</li> <li>Assist with reviewing localization assets for accuracy</li> <li>Assist with anti-piracy initiatives</li> <li>Assist with home entertainment metadata, as needed</li> <li>Assist with QC picture/audio assets, as needed</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Archive Management</span></p> <ul> <li>Update inventories as assets get moved between facilities</li> <li>Reach out to labs for archival materials</li> <li>Log and organize film documents and drives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Able to work in-office in our New York location</li> <li>1+ years in post-production environment, or relevant&nbsp;internship experience</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and follow through skills</li> <li>Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft Office, Shipping&nbsp;and Receiving</li> </ul> <p>We are looking for diverse perspectives.
