Role About The Musa Showroom The Musa Showroom is an innovative, multi-industry platform supporting fashion, beauty, wellness, and food brands through strategic visibility, global activations, and premium brand experiences. We specialize in connecting brands with buyers, talent, media, and cultural tastemakers across the world’s top fashion capitals. We are seeking a passionate, well-connected, and media-minded PR & Media Relations Intern to support our fashion season initiatives and elevate our brand and client visibility.

This is a college credit internship with a clear pathway to paid roles based on performance and impact. What You’ll Learn As a PR & Media Relations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in: Identifying and inviting buyers, stylists, influencers, & VIP guests Creating and managing guest lists for runway shows & activations Supporting showroom clients in securing placements & collaborations Building and maintaining media, stylist, and influencer databases Inviting editorials, press outlets, & fashion media to attend events Supporting influencer & model outreach for runway participation Updating and managing the VIP / Tip Sheet for special guests & talent Coordinating RSVP tracking, confirmations, and arrivals Learning press pitching, brand positioning, and relationship building Understanding how strategic connections turn into real exposure You’ll be at the core of our visibility strategy during Fashion Week.

Responsibilities Research & invite buyers, stylists, influencers & VIP guests Assist in booking influencer models for runway shows Contact editors, photographers, bloggers, and fashion journalists Support client campaigns by securing talent & placement Maintain and update the Tip Sheet and special guest database Track RSVPs, guest confirmations & attendance Support on-site guest coordination during events Build & maintain PR contact lists for future seasons Assist in pitching brands to relevant media outlets Represent The Musa Showroom in a professional, polished manner Ideal Candidate Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate in PR, communications, fashion, or marketing Able to receive college credit Strong interest in fashion, media, PR & influencer marketing Outstanding communication & writing skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking to brands, talent, and media professionals Confident, outgoing, and relationship-driven Available for the full 3-month fashion season

Experience with email outreach, media lists, or PR software is a plus (but not required).
