Hybrid work model at Home Office in Framingham, MA What you’ll do: As an HR Business Partner Intern in our Home Office, you will provide HR support, coordination and consultation related to a wide variety of HR activities.

You will support the business in driving efficiencies in process and strategy across all aspects of the HR function including performance management, talent assessment and succession planning, reporting, communications and inclusion & diversity. You may have exposure to and experience working with our Marmaxx (TJ Maxx and Marshalls) Store Operations, Loss Prevention and field teams As an HR Intern, your responsibilities may include: Provide HR support to business functions across cross functional Marmaxx businesses in driving their talent strategy to meet business objectives. Support various HR processes, including, but not limited to Performance Management and Talent Review/ Succession Planning.

Support key development activities for our Associates, such as creating onboarding plans and tracking and providing updates on assessment or development programs Run periodic dashboards and ad-hoc reports on global learning and assessment data, workforce planning metrics, attrition data, or other HR data points Develop training/user support materials such as presentations, reference guides and eLearning modules Organizational development discovery and implementation Support large scale projects Who we are looking for: We are looking for students who are highly motivated self-starters and who possess the ability to prioritize effectively, be proactive and flexible, and demonstrate a strong bias for action in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Qualifications: Current Junior-level students Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field Genuine interest in an HR Business Partner career Additional qualifications include: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to anticipate and think through impact of decisions and communications on intended audiences Integrity to handle confidential information Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually Self-starters with time management skills A high level of curiosity Willingness to seek out feedback, and ability to incorporate feedback to enhance performance Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams etc.) What to expect from our interview process: Learn more about TJX by attending virtual recruiting events.
