What you’ll do As a Product Development & Optimization Intern for our brand Technomelt, you will: Gain hands-on experience creating product formulations in a lab environment Participate in lab-scale batch making processes for packaging, labeling, and hygiene adhesive applications Conduct specific application testing to evaluate product performance and quality Learn the full product formulation life cycle - from lab development to production and market launch Develop an understanding of SAP systems and learn how to interpret and analyze formulation and production data Contribute insights that support strategic decision-making based on technical and market knowledge
