About the job

We are seeking highly motivated and driven high school and college students who are passionate about pursuing a career in the tech or startup industry to join us for a summer internship program. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a core project focused on identifying a problem, validating the problem, and building an MVP (minimum viable product) to solve it.

This experience goes beyond traditional internships. Spend the summer with your peers, work in teams, and connect with mentors who will teach you how to build a startup. You will also develop your problem-solving skills, gain hands-on experience in product development, UI/UX design, or software development, and network with local tech experts while visiting the offices of industry partners and more.

We are currently seeking interns for three different positions: Product Manager, Web Developer, and UI/UX Designer.

Logistics

  • Schedule: 10-week internship program from June 7th - August 13th, 2027
  • Job Type: Full-Time Internship, expected 25-30 hours per week
  • Format: Mostly in-person with some weekly remote working days
  • Compensation: $500 per week for the 10 weeks, a stipend of $5,000 total
  • Location: Coded by: Offices - University City, Philadelphia
  • Application Deadline: November 27th, 2026

During this program, you will be assigned to a team consisting of 3 interns in the areas of Product Management, Web Development, & User Experience/User Design. Working closely together throughout the internship, your team will identify a problem and create a validated product to address it. You will have access to site visits, workshops, events, professional development activities, and speaker talks/QAs from our partner tech organizations and startup founders within Philadelphia. While academic credit is not available, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in your field.
