Job Title: Product Specialist Location: Plano, TX Pay Rate: $30.54 per hour Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary) Staffmark Total Talent Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices and appliances located in Plano, TX. Product Specialist Top Skills: Technical background in home appliances and/or electronics Service guide enhancing Detail oriented Responsibilities: Maintain technical knowledge within Home Appliance and Electronic Products Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals. Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality Demonstrate the value of a product technology to advance customers objectives Provide insight and thought leadership to customers concerning applicability of highly complex products Analyze and apply industry, competition and market knowledge to present the positive value of our solutions.

Recommend products and services configurations to assist with any system design and integration necessary Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team Requirements: Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 2-3 years’ experience preferred Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication(verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different group within company. Needs to have hands on experience with Home Appliance products and some basic knowledge for analysis. Comfortable to review technical documents and upload to system.

Preferred Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage ones time. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
