About the role
We are seeking ambitious students eager to gain firsthand experience in programming, producing, and promoting Charlottesville’s signature event — The Tom Tom Festival. This is an opportunity to build professional skills, develop meaningful relationships, and play an active role in shaping the creative and civic life of Charlottesville. We will be offering the following paid positions across various roles, all happening the week of the Festival, April 2027.
