Property Management Intern

About the Role

This internship provides exposure to the operations and management side of commercial real estate, supporting active properties including creative, retail, and mixed-use environments. The Property Management Intern will assist with day-to-day operations, tenant coordination, and financial tracking while gaining hands-on experience managing income-producing assets.

What This Role Involves

The role focuses on supporting property-level performance through operational execution, tenant engagement, and financial organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain efficient property operations.

As a Property Management Intern, You Will:

• Assist with rent roll and T12 preparation
• Track tenant payments, leases, and delinquencies
• Support tenant communication and coordination
• Assist in vendor management and maintenance coordination
• Track and organize property-level expenses and invoices
• Assist with leasing support and tenant onboarding
• Maintain organized property records and reporting systems
• Support preparation of operational and financial reports

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in property management, asset management, or operations
• Prior experience with administrative work, bookkeeping, or real estate
