About the role
Support the Public Relations team in New York by assisting with sample trafficking, maintaining the sample closet and showroom, monitoring editorial coverage, and supporting VIP dressing and gifting initiatives.
The role reports to the Sr. Director of PR & Media and works alongside PR managers, coordinators and media staff. This is an in-office internship requiring regular on-site availability and hands-on support of daily PR operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sample trafficking, new sample inventory and gifting initiatives
- Maintain organization of the sample closet, showroom and magazine archive
- Review national and local publications and websites for editorial credits and prepare daily press reviews
- Support VIP dressing initiatives and coordinate messenger services and international shipments
Requirements
- Currently a student with an interest in luxury fashion and public relations
- Background in marketing or advertising preferred; prior corporate office experience a plus
- Availability to work on-site a minimum of 2-3 days per week
