What you’ll do

• Get hands-on experience creating product formulations in a lab setting for our brands all, Persil, Purex or Snuggle
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams (analytical, packaging, process development) throughout the product development cycle
• Research novel chemistries to enhance performance and benefits in detergent formulations
• Design and conduct experiments to develop or improve laundry products
• Prepare batches for internal testing and customer evaluations Present findings and insights from research and evaluations to technical and non-technical audiences
