About the job

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our National Railroad team as a Railroad Flagging Coordinator. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to build a career within the dynamic railroad industry while gaining hands-on experience in railroad operations, construction coordination, safety, and project support.

As a Railroad Flagging Coordinator, you will support the coordination and scheduling of railroad flagging and protection services for active rail construction and maintenance projects. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, railroad personnel, and flaggers to help ensure the appropriate railroad protection is scheduled and in place when work is being performed around active railroad operations. Benesch’s Railroad Division is made up of highly skilled rail professionals, many of whom are former employees of operating railroads. This firsthand experience working to design and maintain active rail systems uniquely equips our team to develop innovative solutions to a wide variety of rail projects.
