About the role About Flick Flick (https://flick.art/) is defining the future interface for professional AI-native filmmaking. Founded by an engineer who helped build Instagram Stories and an award-winning filmmaker, Flick brings technology and artistry together. Build Flick's presence through authentic conversations and valuable contributions. Drive organic traffic, signups, and user acquisition from Reddit.

Content & Distribution Create engaging, Reddit-native posts and discussions. Repurpose Flick's tutorials, filmmaking workflows, and creator content for Reddit. Experiment with content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Growth & Insights Track traffic, signups, and conversions to measure impact. Monitor trends, competitor discussions, and user feedback to identify growth opportunities. What we’re looking for An active Reddit user with a strong understanding of subreddit culture, community dynamics, and what makes content resonate.

Experience growing Reddit accounts, communities, or driving organic traffic through Reddit. Creative, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting with unconventional growth strategies. Data-driven mindset with an interest in measuring engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Familiarity with AI tools, filmmaking, content creation, or creative technology is a plus. Please share examples of Reddit posts, accounts, or communities you've grown, along with any measurable results. Why Join Flick?
