Registered Nurse
Working as an RN at Camp Voyageur provides a wonderful opportunity for you to influence the lives of children and our staff. If you like working and living in the Northwoods and working with youth this is an opportunity for you. This is a seasonal employment opportunity with variable dates from 6/5 to 8/11.
Position Description: Our nurse ensures the health needs of our campers and staff. Duties include dispensing medicines, tending to first-aid type injuries, communicating with parents as needed, screening kids pre and post wilderness trips, stocking first aid kits for wilderness trips, and deciding when to make trips to the clinic/hospital. Shifts are often 1 to 4 hours.
Lodging is available if needed and meals are included.
Requirements: Current Minnesota RN license.
