Support activities tied to regulatory submission delivery across planning and publishing Support process improvement initiatives Complete supporting documentation Create training materials Gain an overview of the end-to-end submissions process Potentially provide direct support for document and submission publishing Apply critical thinking and creativity to contribute to innovation and operational efficiencies Lead and complete assigned projects

Requirements Currently pursuing a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and completed at least sophomore year by May 2027 Able to work full-time for up to 12 weeks beginning in May or June 2027 Initiative, leadership, and ownership of deliverables Ability to work in matrixed teams Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Quick learner able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Demonstrated self-advocacy and resourceful problem‑solving ability Capacity to learn advanced Microsoft Office 365 features, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Proficiency in automation, artificial intelligence, data analysis, and digital technologies GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred No visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and a strong ability to support regulatory submission processes.
