- Analyze public and private insurance policies to secure accurate, optimal payments that sustain our patient care mission.
- Investigate denied or disputed claims to uncover root causes, recommending smarter workflows that prevent future delays.
- Empower our internal staff by serving as the go-to expert, providing clear coaching and training on proper coding and reimbursement guidelines.
- Partner seamlessly with external agencies and internal teams to navigate third-party audits with transparency and confidence.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
- Insurance follow up experience highly preferable
- Knowledge of filing appeals with insurance companies
