Responsibilities

• Depending on the team, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting product development, innovation, and research projects.

• Assisting with product design, testing, prototyping, and evaluation activities.

• Conducting research, data analysis, and competitive assessments to support business decisions.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and improve products, processes, and technologies.

• Assisting with documentation, reporting, and presentation of project findings and recommendations.

• Supporting efforts to enhance product performance, quality, cost, and overall consumer experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Packaging, Product Development, or a related technical field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated interest in product innovation, research, design, or technical problem-solving.
