About the role
We are seeking a motivated individual, who has a passion and interest in learning all aspects of residential homebuilding to join our Tampa team as a Homebuilding Intern. This internship provides hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the homebuilding industry, including sales, marketing, purchasing, and general operations. Interns will collaborate with experienced professionals, gain real-world industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that support our communities and customers.
Job Responsibilities: Provide support across sales, marketing, and operational functions. Assist with customer interactions and overall client experience. Contribute to marketing efforts, research, and community initiatives.
Gain exposure to purchasing processes and vendor coordination. Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects. Assist with administrative and project-related tasks as needed.
Support cross-functional initiatives and departmental priorities. Must be currently enrolled in a full-time college program with an interest in pursuing real estate, construction, marketing or related field. Must have housing available in the Tampa metro area for the duration of the internship.
