Retail Sales & Leadership Intern Lead

Position: Retail Sales & Leadership Intern — Learn & Lead The Buckle, Inc. in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Sales and Management Intern who will perform sales, merchandising and operations tasks while learning how Buckle's retail business works. You will work closely with Store Manager to understand what it takes to excel in management. Under supervision, you’ll gain hands-on experience in guest service, cashiering, display, and basic leadership, with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour and a comprehensive benefits program designed for full-time teammates.
