What You’ll Do

As a Retail Management Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging directly with customers, and learning the daily operations of a successful store. Working alongside Store Managers and District Leaders, you’ll develop leadership skills, master retail management best practices, and gain exposure to the broader organization through market travel experiences. You’ll also complete a business-focused project that tackles a real business opportunity, presenting your findings and recommendations to leadership. Throughout the internship, you’ll learn how to motivate and manage a store team, analyze business performance, and understand how operational and strategic decisions impact customer satisfaction and store results. Retail is a people-focused business, and this role puts you at the center of the customer experience. You’ll support merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking, while helping the store meet customer needs during busy periods, including evenings and weekends.

Who We’re Looking For

• \*\*Education\*\*: Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program, expecting to graduate between May 2027 and May 2028. Desired majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, or General Business.
• \*\*Experience\*\*: 1–3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, or hospitality. Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired. Effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a customer-focused environment.
• \*\*Commitment\*\*: Available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program, with a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends. Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management.

Pay & Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is \*\*$20–$22 per hour\*\*.
