Job Description
The position is in Lowell at Macom’s facility. The intern will be responsible for designing and characterizing Microwave Integrated Circuits, using a variety of technologies (GaAs pHEMT and HBT, Si SOI, SiGe, diodes).
General knowledge of semiconductors, microwaves, circuit theory, simulation tools and basic lab measurement techniques.
