Sales & Business Development Intern

Role Overview: As a Sales & Business Development Intern , you’ll gain hands-on exposure to real estate and hospitality sales. You’ll assist our broker and management team in prospecting, client communications, and preparing presentations that highlight the value of our management services. This is a great opportunity if you’re interested in real estate sales, client relations, and high-end service industries.

What You’ll Do: Assist with client outreach, prospecting, and follow-up. Support sales presentations and prepare pitch materials for property owners and investors. Join meetings and calls with potential clients and partners.

Research property management trends and competitor offerings. Update CRM records and help track the sales pipeline. Support property showings, events, and client visits.

What We’re Looking For: Interest in real estate sales, property management, or hospitality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional, charismatic, and confident in client interactions.

Organized and motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus (but not required). What You’ll Gain: Practical experience in sales and client acquisition in the luxury real estate market.
