The Sales Instructional Design Internship is a full-time opportunity for a current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. This internship will support our Customer & Commercial Capability Team for approximately 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
Interns will gain hands-on experience designing and developing sales training solutions that support business priorities, strengthen commercial capabilities, and drive growth across the organization. This unique opportunity provides exposure to sales strategy, learning technologies, executive leadership, and enterprise-wide capability initiatives. The Sales Instructional Design Intern will support projects focused on sales training, instructional design, content creation, learner engagement, and training communications.
Responsibilities may include interviewing business leaders and subject matter experts, developing learning materials, job aids, videos, and digital content, supporting eLearning and AI-enabled learning experiences, and helping design training programs for frontline associates, leaders, and customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Synthesia, or other content creation platforms is preferred, along with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to build instructional design expertise while gaining valuable insight into sales, commercial strategy, and organizational capability development at one of the largest Coca-Cola bottlers in the United States. Position Responsibilities: Perform and accomplish tasks, activities, and projects with guidance from Intern Manager Meet and/or exceed project deliverables and deadlines Develop technical expertise as needed for functional area Develop business acumen by seizing opportunities to learn Apply functional academic knowledge and skills to the specific internship position with a professional approach Collaborates with members of their designated team and builds relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the company Other duties as assigned Required
Education and Experience: High School Diploma/General
Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 0 to 2 years of related work experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas
