Your Role at Sephora

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

\* Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals. \* Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards. \* Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution. \* Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered. \* Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

\* Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. \* Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays. \* Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. \* Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Qualifications & Experience

\* Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred. \* Excellent organizational and time management skills. \* Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks. \* Strong commitment to client service. \* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \* Team player with a goal-driven mindset. \* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. \* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
