This is a hands-on, physically active seasonal position for dependable people who are ready to work. Position Details Pay: $15.81 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Regular Hours: 6:55 AM – 5:30 PM Mandatory weekend -Overtime and additional hours may be required Seasonal, short-term employment On-site position What You’ll Do As a Seasonal Greenhouse Associate, you’ll support our greenhouse operations during a high-volume season. Your responsibilities may include moving and organizing plants and products, loading and unloading materials, preparing products for movement throughout the facility, assisting with plant care, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and completing other general labor tasks as needed.

This is an active role that requires standing and walking for extended periods and may involve bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for candidates who are dependable, punctual, willing to learn, comfortable with physical work, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Candidates must be able to work the required schedule, including mandatory weekends and overtime/additional hours when needed.

Previous greenhouse experience is not required.
