Responsibilities include: Transfer callers to the proper location and department Provide store hours and answer general customer questions …*all using brand new state of the art call center technology* Job

Requirements Excellent customer service skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution/negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast paced & goal oriented environment Excellent computer skills Desire to learn additional skills to enhance level of customer services provided Shift Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings: Friday and Saturday: 5:30 PM to close Sunday: 2:00 PM to close Closing times may range from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM as we get closer to the holidays
